The Rockin’K offers professional guiding and instructional services for anglers of all experience levels. Whether an expert or a beginner, I tailor my guiding to the individual needs of the client. If you are new to the sport, I try to focus on effective casting and presentation techniques. Properly presenting a fly is the key to successfully fishing our beautiful crystal clear spring creeks. If one is more experienced your main goal is finding fish. Consequently I try to cover as much water as possible, and to focus on the different small stream tactics that we encounter.

I have over 25 years of experience in stalking the elusive coulee trout, and pride myself in sharing my knowledge and experiences. A guided trip from our shop is not just a fishing trip; it is an adventure that encompasses the relaxation and tranquility that our beautiful streams afford. I do not guarantee you will catch fish, but when we are done you will be assured that you will know how. I constantly tell my peers that if you can successfully fly fish our water you can do it effectively anywhere in the world.

Basic gear is required, but the shop can handle any other specific needs. A $100 deposit is required and is refundable if given 10 days notice or if weather prohibits. If less than ten days notice we will refund the deposit if we can re-book the date. Catch and release is requested.
